UIL One-Act Play 2020
Sadly this play was never performed in competition due to COVID-19. Stay safe.
Joe Keller, a successful businessman, lives comfortably with his wife, Kate, and son, Chris, in a suburban American neighborhood. They have only one sadness in their lives – the loss of their other son, Larry, who went missing in World War II. After three years, Kate still clings to the hope that her son is alive. Chris would like her to give up that hope because he wants to marry Ann, an old neighbor and Larry's former fiancée. At Ann's return, trouble rises. Dark secrets are uncovered and family begins to fall apart. In a turn of events a terrible tragedy happens.

KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOW:
1. UIL will only allow a maximum of 15 actors to be cast. I would cast more if I could.
2. Grades, rehearsal attendance, conflicts and work ethic will determined the final two spots in the company to be determined later. The five listed ensemble members still have time to win one of the two last spots through rehearsals.
3. UIL will only allow a maximum of 5 technicians to be cast in the company.
4. Those that do not make the 5 official tech crew will still be a part of the company and travel with us if good rehearsal attendance and passing grades.
5. Those underclassmen that didn't get cast because of the UIL limits will be the first in line to move up next year who stay members of the UIL OAP company. I know it can get a little boring but be there and help out whenever you can. Many of the upperclassmen that have roles now had to do the same thing when they were younger. I wish I could cast you all!
